Dr. Mauer is always great and full of information. It's great that they have your insurance coverage info ready to go before hand so the dr can go over it with you before you start looking for frames etc. The lady in the front office that checked me in was super nice and cheerful especially given it was first thing in the morning.

At 31 years old, I'd never had an eye exam. The ladies in the office were extremely friendly and helpful, the woman who did my pre-exam was very comforting because I was a little nervous. Dr. Hurst was great, we had good conversation as he did my exam and he was very clear when explaining my options. When I picked my frames, the office worker complimented my choice and made me feel really good about it. I would recommend this place and Dr. Hurst to anyone, it was a great experience and I hope to continue using this clinic for a long time.
